In general, the temperature of the LCD module is divided into two parts, one is the working temperature, the other is the storage temperature.

Does the LCD screen work in a variety of environments? The answer is naturally no. LCD is very particular about ambient temperature, and the working requirements of LCD are different in different environments.

1. The temperature of the display screen is different in different application scenarios.

LCD screen mainly includes military LCD, industrial LCD and civil LCD, and their working temperature varies according to their application environment. The worse the environment is, the higher the working temperature requirement of the display screen is. The working temperature of military grade LCD is-40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃, while that of industrial LCD is slightly lower than that of military grade, usually at-20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃. Commercial LCD is the longest seen in our life, and the working temperature is generally 0 ℃ ~ 50 ℃.

2. The temperature bearing capacity of the LCD screen under different air temperature conditions.

In theory, the LCD screen works well at a room temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius. But in fact, the ambient temperature of the outdoor display screen is quite complex in the application. The temperature difference between summer and winter is too large, if the LCD screen is placed at low temperature for a long time, and then placed at room temperature, it is certain that the circuit board and display screen will have the phenomenon of water vapor condensation. If the monitor is kept at low temperature for a short time and then used at room temperature, there will be no big problem. Even if the display screen "solidifies", it will disappear after a period of time.

The temperature of the LCD module will rise during use. The higher the resolution of the LCD screen, the greater the heat generation. In fact, in addition to the length of time, the service life of the display screen is also related to the working environment of the LCD screen. So when we use the screen, we must pay attention to the temperature of the display screen to avoid unnecessary damage.
