The anti-interference problem of the capacitive touchscreen is a very headache for the touch screen manufacturers nowadays, and the anti-interference of the CTP touchscreen is one of the performance requirements of the touch screen.

If the anti-jamming is weak, it will affect the touch screen effect of the switchboard, such as insensitive touch, inaccurate problems, very affected by the outside world.

First of all, we must understand the structure of the CTP touchscreen and the principle of the capacitive touch screen, and then find out the reasons for the anti-interference of the CTP touchscreen.

The anti-interference problems of CTP touchscreen are as follows: screen skipping, inaccurate touch control, or complete failure.

Well, first of all, judge whether there is the influence of external factors, such as the power supply is not timely, the signal is weak, the antenna signal is not strong, these are common, only need to detect whether there is the above phenomenon, can be adjusted.

So in order to solve the problem of anti-interference in the design of capacitive touch screen, the following adjustments must be made:

Firstly, the virtual wiring is added to the blank area of the touch screen panel, that is, the wiring is filled outside the display area, and the added virtual wiring is connected to each other to form a virtual circuit.

Secondly, the virtual circuit is connected with the grounding part of the touch chip to form a shielding circuit. This design eliminates the interference caused by temperature, humidity, environmental electric field, reflection and other factors to the capacitive touch screen, and has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency.
