LCD display panel generally divides into industrial screen and ordinary civil LCD screen. Many people do not understand why most industrial LCD screens are much more expensive than ordinary civil LCD screens. Industrial LCD supplier XIANHENG will tell you why.

Industrial screen is expensive because of its unique advantages and characteristics.

1, the brightness of the industrial screen: the ordinary civil LCD screen is used indoors, and the brightness can meet the work requirements generally at 250-300cd/m2. However, the industrial LCD screen is mostly used outdoors with sufficient light, so the brightness display condition is far from being satisfied on the industrial LCD screen.

2. Reliability of industrial screen: industrial LCD screen is mainly used in industrial automation, medical and military display screens. Industrial LCD screens are generally specially designed for shock proof. The working temperature of industrial LCD screens is generally between-30 ℃ and 80 ℃. Some special requirements are stable and wider, which is more reliable than ordinary industrial LCD screencivil LCD screens in harsh environments.

3, the service life of the industrial screen: the service life of the industrial LCD screen for the backlight is generally more than 5W hours, and the highest for ordinary civil use is about 3W hours. Beyond this time, the backlight of the industrial LCD screen will slowly aging, and the backlight of the industrial LCD screen will be longer, some can reach 7W hours, 10W hours, and the industrial LCD screen can work continuously for 24 hours.
