AT070TN92-1000 is a 7.0 inch TFT-LCD display panel module with a high brightness of 1000 nits for outdoor use, an integral WLED backlight system, and, without a backlight driver, capacitive or resistive touch screen customization is available.
It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C and a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . It's general features are summarized in the following: WLED Backlight, U/D, L/R Reverse, 6/8 bit, Matte , DE/SYNC mode selectable, 2 in 1 FPC. Based on its features, XIANHENG recommend that this model be applied to Digital Photo Frame, Portable DVD Player, Video Door Phone, VOIP Phone etc.Built-in EK9713 + EK73002 driver IC.
