We all know that the pins of the LCD are fixed to the glass with glue. The max temperature of the UV foot is 110 °. If the UV glue is exceeded, the UV glue will melt away, causing the pins to loosen or detach directly from the LCD. There will be a lack of pen segments, poor display and other phenomena.
Welding LCD should note that sometimes according to customer needs, LCD pin spacing will be made into 2.0mm or smaller, and small spacing will lead to some virtual welding, spot welding if the temperature is too high, there will also be UV glue melting.
